DB on 07/18/2000 no evergreen trees in sight. on 7/25/00 realized she was talking about schrubs. Left warning ticket actual address is 1000 S. Washington. commercial building is a garage for the house there. Spoke w/ owner and he trimmed trees and schrubs. Owner very cooperative and said to contact him anytime HAND sees a problem with this evergreen.
