DB - sopke w/ tenant he said they would stop parking on the grass, and clean up the place. DB trash a problem again. wrote warning ticket handed it to tenant , He said they would take care of it.

Phone Call: There are bags of trash sitting beside the house ( at least a month's worth). Cars are parking on the lawn and the grass needs to be cut. Please call Ms. Grabe @323-1699 with information on this property.
