sent warning to owner possible citation, citation on 7/24/00, 8/7/2000, 8/9/2000, 8/10/2000, 8/11/2000. susie to meet with the owner at a later date to determine what weeds have to go and what plants can stay. On 9/7/00, owner of property called to say the grass was cut, a drive-by inspection on 9/8/00 confirmened the grass was mowed.
