I checked the site and determined there was indeed a sight problem. I checked property records because it appears the property is owned by CBU. I called Steve Glasgow and he said this is not their property and Street Dept. has always maintained it. Because it was a serious line of sight problem, I called Bobby and asked him to take care of it (rather than wasting several weeks trying to contact the property owner).
Bobby's crews cleaned up the area.
