Called Parker Realty, the property manager and relayed complaint. Asked for assistance. Phyllis called the renters as well as sent the renters a certified letter telling them to stop parking on grass immediately. She also sent me a fax copy of letter. I told her that the city was going to start ticketing if this happened again, and she said that she would make sure that they would get the money from any fines from the renters.
