Walk In: Citizen complained that her neighbors had had a telephone/power pole moved and reinstalled so that the wires were now being run through her trees in her backyard.
Drove by site, no new digging detected. Went to Cinergy offices and talked to Kerry Ducker who said he would look into it and call me with results. Received call back from Cinergy(Kerry Ducker) who said that Cinergy would reset pole to take wires out of trees within the next 60 days, depending on schedule.
