Phone Call: Caller complained that some one in a pick-up truck was illegally dumping in the ravine behind Summit Pointe Apartments at night.
Inspected site, saw tire tracks from the apartment complex leading to the edge of the ravine where large amounts of limbs, weeds and grass clippings were being dumped. Some of the debris was fresh and some of it had been there for several weeks. Referred to HAND for further action.
