Phone Call: This complaint was left on voice mail by Becci Brock, Risk Management Dept. She received a phone call from a citizen that stated there is a line of sight problem in the east/west alley between 15th/16th Streets as you come out onto Dunn Street. The alley is overgrown with bushes and shrubs making it difficult to see oncoming traffic. She did not state which corner had the problem.
