Drive by about 3:15 verified an outdoor church service was going on, sign in front yard announced "Outreach of Love" congregation, welcome to services. One man walking around back yard shouting, "I believe" and approximately 6-8 other people in chairs/standing. Sent owner letter, owner and others came in for meeting, filed for BZA in July and were turned down for request.
