went to site, no cars seen. will check again in one more week, and then send owner letter of first notice of zoning violation. Sent both first class and certified first notice of violation to owner, David Thompson telling him to cease all auto repair immediately, and remove all vehicles no later than 6/22/00. I called and talked to Mrs. Rush and she said problem stopped. Very happy with results.
