Called Shelter Inc. Received another call from complaintant. Drove by the dumpster and it was in fact overflowing. It is also sitting partially in the street. There were several trash items beside the dumpster. Referring to Planning Department for enforcement of 20.06.04.02 (6). Ray Buhls went to site on6/8/00 and dumpster and adjoining area had been cleaned up.
