Phone Call: One of the meter readers at Utilities noticed sewage in the meter pit.

DB - Valid Spoke with tenant. She said she's anaware of sewer problems this year. strong smell last year. DB still smells of sewage. Spoke w/ owner told her I was sending a notice to repair sewer line Sent notice 06/30/2000 Spoke with agent on 07/06/00 she said she would get the problem taken care of 11/13/2000 tried to cvall agent about problem and the number has been disconnected. 07/06/2000- Spoke w/ agent- owners daughter- asked her to contact her service man to take care of this. 12/20/2000 Agent brought in docmentation.
