Mike Bengston contacted Mr. Klootwyk several times with no success, to discuss the application for the service line request, as well as subsequent actions taken by Mr. Klootwyk in response to the application.
Mike Bengston once again tried to contact Mr. Klootwyk and left a messsge, noting that it appears Mr. Klootwyk is intent on talking only to the Mayor's office. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED e-mail for background.
