verified complaint, directed builder to turn off light so it does not shine into adjacent neighborhood. Will meet on site with builder to negotiate corrections needed. met with contractor on site on 4/21/00, showed him what would be acceptable and he indicated he would do it. He made correction, turned on lights for test run with neighborhood and neighbors said everything is now ok.
