CBU is going to repair the sewer in the back of their house. They were notified by letter that we were going to perform the work. She called to say that they were experiencing a sewer backup and wondered if the broken sewer main could be causing their backup. Kevin Housel advised that the sewer had been broken for quite awhile and should not be the problem now. Rick checked our mains and found no problem. Customer advised.
