Visited site, which had yard sale signs up. Talked to resident who said this was her second sale of the year and her last one because she was moving to California in two weeks. There was a realtor's for sale sign in the front yard. Called back complainer with this info and he was satisfied. No more complaints, house was empty, residents had moved.
