Phone Call: Ms. Inman lives @ 403 E. 20th. The apartment complex beside her moved their dumpster onto her property line. The smell is terrible when the wind blows. Please Knock on Ms. Inmans door when you drive-by. If she is not home than call her with any info.

Stopped and talked to Ms. Inman. The dumpster is not on her property it is just very close. I made the apart. move this dumpster out of the R-O-w last week. Not sure we can do anything about this one yet. Call from maintenance they moved the dumpster onto the parking areas.
