Sidewalk Snow Removal: Request
Walk In: Ms. Sanders came in and stated that her neighbor, Mrs. Brown of 2527 (?) S. Madison called CBU constantly to complain about ditch in Ms. Sander's yard. Mrs. Sander's landlord if Claudia Green. Mrs. Brown apparently feels that Ms. Sander's ditch is causing drainage problems. Matter has been investigated previously by Troy Powell of T&D Department.

This matter was referred to T&D since Troy Powell has previously inspected problem. Troy talked with Kevin Housel, Kevin informed Nora Whaley this was county problem Area is not city responsiblity. Customer should contact county.
