The dumpster is on private property, in very good shape and is not in violation of anything. I attempted to call the complaintant several times and received no answer.

Phone Call: The apartment building beside 718 W. Dodds has a dumpster that is constantly overflowing. She filed a complaint last summer and the dumpster was relocated to another place. However, it has been moved back to the same place. The smell is so bad that Ms. McDivvit can not open her windows in the summer. Please call Ms. McDivvit with a status update.
