Sewer Problems (Sanitary Sewers): Request
Phone Call: Maria Roberts (335-9272) called re. her parents' home at 4233 E. Saratoga Drive. Her parents have been experiencing sewer backup in the basement. They would like lines checked to determine if it their responsibility or CBU responsibility.

This matter was referred to T&D Department for investigation. Rick Schroeder phoned Maria and advised her that CBU cut the roots in the main in January, 2000. The backup is within her parents private lateral and would be their responsibility to repair.
