Ms. Whitby states that fox network already has two stations and feels that it is unfair that they can pre-empt her television viewing with ball games. March 2, 2000: Ms. Whtiby was informed that a lack of bandwidth at the time caused the interruption of C-SPAN. Insight is currently working on this problem, but until more bandwidth is available, C-SPAN will continue to be interrupted for bball games.
