Sewer Problems (Sanitary Sewers): Request
Phone Call: Had terrible sewer odor two weeks ago and the building had to be evacuated.

Rick sent Bill to talk to the tenants (Bloomington Hospital Medical Records Dept.) They did not report the odor and didn't really know anything about who called. They did report that their maintenance man routinly puts lubricants down the drain because they dry out too fast, but maybe he missed doing it this time. No odor at all when Bill was there.
