Blocked Street: Request
Phone Call: Bush obstructing large section of sidewalk from 316 to 320 E. 7th Street. HAND inspector feels complaint not valid, however, feels it definitely is valid.

this is valid, this is a rental property with a local agent. Called Chris at Ming Ent. He tried to cut it before but the neighborh man does not want it cut. I will send notice to Ming so if he gives Chris a problem again he will have the notice in hand. Also, check system for other complaint about this and found none. Spoke to Mr. Ellis told him Ming will get this cut and about the problem with the neighbor. This whole shrub has been cut back to about 6 inches tall.
