Phone Call: Mr. Chance stated that the new channels have very poor reception. Mr. Chance stated that many of his neighbors have complained of poor reception. Mr. Chance feels that it is terrible that you have to wait for a week for service. Mr. Chance's complaint is long standing problems and long delays for repair. He was contacted on January 3, 2000 by a customer service rep., technicians worked on the feeder line that services Clairmont Place, and Mr. Chance reported that the dignal had cleared up.
