Ed Sherfield spent several hours investigating this report. He discovered 2 unaccounted-for meters and a closed private valve. The valve was opened and vactor box cleaned out. There may be possible litigation in this matter re. the 2 unaccounted-for meters, but the pressure problem is resolved.
