Phone Call: Mr. DeMaille called Customer Service and stated that he lives in Zone 4 and understands that his summer watering credit was extended for 1 add'l. month. He feels, however, that since he is now putting in a new lawn his watering credit should be extended even further.
This matter is to be discussed at Utilities Service Board meeting on 9/27/99. The Board extended the summer sewer average for two months, notification was made on the bills and in the paper per MMP.
