Phone Call: in the unimproved alley behind 521 W. Wylie grows a noxious Bamboo. this bamboo seeds and sends out root runners to the point that is is invading adjacent yards. It has become a problem for the neighbors and needs to be eliminated.

D.B. the weed complaint for the backyard appears to be the garden except for the bamboo,which is invading other yards. will send complaint letter to owner. With compliance date of 09/10/1999. spoke w/ owner and she said she would get it taken care of. asked her to also trim bushes along alley. On 10/15/1999 D.B. bushes trimmed and easement has been trenched to kill root growth.
