Phone Call: Citizen reportes that at 510 S Lincoln the residents have several trash cans setting along side the house that is never put out for pick up and the cans are overflowing. Citizen believes that the trash poses a health haz. for the neighborhood and are unsightly to look at. Citizen gave the address at 510 S. Linc. on west side of street, gray house
