Water Quality: Request

Phone Call: Jason Campbell of the Marsh's store on N. Kinser Pike called to state that the water coming from their fountains has had an "ocean" taste for the past hour. He would like water tested to determine if the water is at fault or if their equpment is.

This was referred to the lab at Dillman with instructions to call to schedule test of water. Steve Glasgow called Marsh store manger. Discussed problem. Advised customer this was almost certainly an internal connection problem - to go thru and see if they had recently connected something new at the store. SG called customer back an hour later and customer found that they had connected their water softner to their water system mistakenly.
