Phone Call: Mrs. Pietsch called to complaing regarding the inappropriate time that private haulers pick up dumpsters around her residence. Her sleep is disturbed on a daily basis and its hard for her to get back to sleep.

I have received several complaints regarding the early morning pickup times by private haulers. They are in violation on ordinance 6.05.010. I have forwarded complaints up to Legal Department (Matt Boulton). A letter will be sent to Rumpke and Jmax regarding the ordinance.
