Walk In: 8TH AND HOPEWELL ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE STREET. There is a car without license plates covered by a tarp parked on the street, the car is rusting out and is an eyesore. Owner is piling truck loads of limestone in the City Right of Way. The entire area is overgrown with brush.
