faxed copy of complaint to Rick Whaley at Insight for response. Mr Whaley resigned from his position at Insight. Scott Cooley, Senior Vice President is currently in the process of hiring someone else and is hopeful that position will be filled before the next TCC Meeting. I (Chris Burch) faxed a copy to Mr. Cooley as a reminder in order to follow up on Mr. Rowell's concern regarding his service.
