Walk In: Westbound vehicles on Dodds St. are driving through Indiana Auto's parking lot to turn southbound onto Walnut St. The owner is concerned that customers might be injured by one of these vehicles. The owner is also concerned by vehicles traveling too fast through the East-West alley south of this property and that someone might be injured and requested that the alley be closed.

Owner was advised that the Bloomington Police Department can issue tickets to vehicles driving through the parking lot. Inspection showed alley way. The City can not block alleys. The owner was advised to distinguish property line in some way to prevent vehicles from entering the property from the alley. Sent a copy of Citizen Action Order to owner to verify that complaint was registered.
