This matter was referred to the HAND Department per Jonathan Heald. DB WITH SUSIE JOHNSON ON 07/27/1999. JOHNATHAN AGREED TO HAVE THE AREA MOWED. IT IS NOW 12/14/1999 AND MR. HEALD HAS YET TO COMPLY OR GIVE HAND A DATE FOR ANTICIPATED COMPLIANCE 1/26/2000 Jonathan still has done nothing the weeds are now dead hopefully next year he will help us out if not we will report this lack of cooperation to.....someone who can make him do his job
