The sidewalk near the intersection of Smith Road and Grandview Drive, underneath the railroad tracks is still unswept from the winter's sanding of the streets. Weeds are also growing and it just looks bad. Mr. Arvesen states that this is the third year in a row that he has contacted the city about this problem.
