received a response from Insight that they are working on the problem on 5/21/99. However Mr. Fritz attended the telecom mtg on 6/1 and stated that he is still having trouble with the reception on channels 5,6,95 &96. Sent copy of complaint to insight and to Telecom members 6/3/99 On Wednesday, June 2nd, Insight made contact with Mr. Fritz and watched for the problem to act up. At 9 p.m. there was enough interference for our crews to trace the problem back to a cack in the main line on High Street. This problem should now be resolved.
