Phone Call: Mr. Megnin stated that the cable was installed in October of 1998, and the cable was left lying on the ground. Mr. Megnin stated that he has contacted the cable company several times and the cable is still unburied. Mr. Megnin stated that he contacted our office in Dec., but the cable is still lying on the ground.
