Sidewalk Snow Removal: Request
Other: The drainage pipe that goes under Monon Dr. at W. Hillside is almost completely stopped up with sand. Also the open drainage ditch which would carry storm water back to Clear Creek is over grown and also filled in with sand. See attached map.

The crossing over Clear Creek was removed on or about 3/1/99. Sand bar in creek cannot be removed per K. 14-28-1. Open ditch is in fair working condition per inspection. Area is below 10 year flood elevation. Area is in ten-year flood plain, and water problems should be expected.
