DB AND GOT NUMBER FOR BARRETT PAINTING. CALLED AND SPOKE WITH JEFF BARRETT. HE INDICATED THAT HE WOULD REMOVE ALL SIGNS BY 04/23/1999 AND WAS UNAWARE OF THE ORDINANCE.
