Inspected site. Sign in question is indeed much larger than the 5 square foot limit on "for sale" signs. Letter sent to homeowner requiring removal of the sign immediately. Spoke with Dave Minnick, whose real estate company owns the sign in question. Discussed the situation, and he agreed to remove the sign immediately. Sign was gone on 4/21/99 when site was checked.
