Phone Call: Robin's daughter visits her father in the third unit at 1310 N. Maple. He rents this unit from his parents. Robin reports that much electrical work and plumbing work was done at the house without the proper permits and that the work was not done properly. A wood stove was also installed without the proper "venting". (I checked this address on the rental system and it shows that there are only 2 approved rental units. This 3rd unit has not been inspected and needs to be registered and inspec
