Water Quality: Request
Phone Call: Customer called last on 4/15/98. SG checked on problem with sediments. Found nothing out of ordinary. Advised customer to call back in 6-8 weeks if still experiencing a problem. Customer did not call and case was closed. Customer called back today (3/26/99). Sg made visit same day. Customer said chips of sediment were much larger than before. SG provided customer handout information sheets on "dip tube" water heater problem. Advised customer to have a plumber check it and call sg back.

Provided customer handouts on "dip tube" problem. Requested customer call me back after she has plumber check on this possibility. 4/22/99 - customer had not called back so sg called customer to see if it was the dip tube that was the problem. Customer said plumber confirmed it was. There was only about 1" of it left. Company told her to mail samples of the pieces and they will refund.
