Phone Call: Student tenants are parking cars and trucks on the lawn of this site. They are making the neighborhood look bad, and ruining that lawn.

Inspected site. Vehicles are parking on the lawn frequently at this site. Sent letter to owner, rental agent, and tenants requiring this to cease immediately. Re-inspected site a couple of times since sending letter. No cars have been observed parking on the lawn since the notice of violation was sent. Complaint is resolved.
