Margaret Dalle-Ave referred the stormwater complaint to Jonathan Heald for response. The sidewalk and street light complaint was referred to the Public Works Department for answer. Jonathan Heald called Mr. Frye whose house is on top of a hill, an unlikely place for storm structures. J.H. left msg. for Mr. Frye to call if there is a problem. Mr. Frye believes the stormwater rate is unfair becauses there are no inlets on his street, and he wants to be exempt from the stormwater bill.
