Sewer Problems (Sanitary Sewers): Request
Phone Call: Ms. Sheldon called to complain about water problem in her basement. 3 weeks. ago (approx. 1/23/99) CBU was called because of water backup in their basement. Tom Staley came out after the water receded. She was very upset because Tom Staley was very rude and even got up in her face and talked very loudly. A plumber was called. He found that there was a backup in the sewer line and called the City. Now they have 12" of raw sewage in their basement and cannot live at home.

Referred call to Mike Phillips. He will find out what was done at location. Ms. Sheldon will call back in a little while to talk to Mike P. Complainant spoke with Mike Phillips. Risk Mgmt. will investigate situation. Also, a representative from CBU will inspect the house. *** Note - Tom Staley stated that this matter was turned over to Risk Management Dept. for solution. ***
