spoke with tenant and left trash stickers with them. Should be cleaned up by 02/01/1999. db. all trash was picked up.

Excessive Growth: Request
Phone Call: Continuous trash problem in this neighborhood. Residents at 1006 S. Palmer have a pile of newspapers in the front lawn; 417 E. Allen--residents set their trash out on Saturday, but trash pickup is not until Friday. 1012 S. Palmer--residents never take their trash can in after pickup. Mr. Livingston would like inspector to keep an eye on this neighborhood regarding trash.
