Phone Call: Customer has noticed cloudy appearance to water. Also said water smelled bad.

SG and DS made visit to customer's apt in Sumitt Point. Met maintenance coordinator and went with him to check problem. Showed maintenance man cloudiness in water. He said yes that was it (the problem). Showed him that what he was seeing was just saturation of oxygen in the water. DS checked Cl2: 1.96ppm (total). DS also sampled for coliform. SG - called and left message on customer phone that bacteria test was good also.
