Phone Call: NE corner of Palmer & Allen St. there is a house that has broken down car parked in the front of it. Newspapers were also piled on top of the car and the lawn. The house is trashed. Mr. Livingston stated that he called previously regarding this matter. However, I saw no paperwork completed to reflect this.

DB wrong address, will DB again today. DB Lawn and building look OK. Called BPD about the car, dispatch said they woold have someone check it out. Called BPD again on 1/15/98. DB on 1/14/98 will follow up next week. CAR IS GONE! 3/6/98
