Phone Call: Rental property at corner of S. Rogers and Dodds Street has continuing problem with trash. Trash & junk in the driveway. Driveway stones falling onto the sidewalk. Porch on the Dodds St. side always has lots of trash and junk. Tree limbs falling onto the sidewalk.
