Phone Call: Enormous amount of trash being thrown into a 3-sided concrete containment area, which doesn't have a dumpster in the containment area. Caller stated that 706 N. Dunn is the closest house to all the trash and nobody could miss this mess. This address is actually 501 E. Cottage Grove.
